Lady Frances “Fran” Brown is a powerful spiritual leader, mentor, and visionary whose impact extends far beyond the pulpit. With a background in psychology from the University of Michigan–Flint, she is a dynamic teacher, author, entrepreneur, life coach, and formerly served as an international television co-host. Her ministry is known for being direct, empowering, and laced with wisdom, humor, and grace.

Her influence is grounded in both her strong faith and strong family. She is the devoted wife of Dr. Lonnie W. Brown, Pastor and Co-Founder of Kingdom of Heaven Ministries World Headquarters. Together, they have led countless conferences and workshops on marriage enrichment, leadership development, conflict resolution, and more, bringing strength and perspective to individuals, couples, and communities.  They are the proud parents of two children and the grandparents of six, with two great-grandchilden. Their partnership in ministry, family, and life, reflects a shared commitment to building strong households and equipping others to live with purpose fully surrendered to God. 

A true prayer warrior and leader with a heart for God and people, Lady Fran brings a special blend of spiritual depth and practical insight. She is the founder of the Royal Diadem Lifestyle Institute and its youth counterpart, both designed to elevate women and girls from survival to significance.  Through these initiatives and her role as Director of Women’s Ministry at Kingdom of Heaven Ministries, she has consistently dedicated her life to uplifting women, children, and families. 

 Now, as the Faith Advisor and Spiritual Covering for Project Breaking Barriers, Lady Fran brings that same legacy of purpose-driven leadership, prayer, and wisdom into the heart of the organization. Her presence provides spiritual grounding for the team and offers strategic insight to help shape initiatives that nurture identity, restore dignity, and break generational strongholds. Through her spiritual guidance, she fortifies the mission with faith, clarity, integrity, and ongoing spiritual support. Lady Fran’s leadership imparts strength, stability, and discernment, reinforcing an atmosphere where transformation is nurtured and generational cycles are genuinely broken.
