Project Breaking Barriers empowers youth from under-resourced, underrepresented, and single-parent households with early career development through mentorship, career exposure, and real-world tools. Our proprietary IGNITE program delivers direct access to guidance, opportunity, and skills that matter. Your sponsorship fuels their momentum, turning potential into lasting impact. 

The final stage of our proprietary Ascend Network Cooperative program supports participants as they step into their chosen career fields through long-term, strategic national partnerships. This 12-week co-op bridges education and employment with paid, real-world experience tailored to each student’s career goals delivered through internships, fellowships, and employment sponsorships. Sponsoring this phase means investing in a diverse, driven talent pipeline prepared to lead, contribute, and grow.
